Foundry Pig Iron L1-L6, LR1-LR7

UKREXPORT has direct access to producers of Foundry (Casting) Iron in Ukraine and across Mediterranean and Oriental countries. Foundry (Casting) Iron differs from conventional Pig Iron by application purpose. Whereas Pig Iron is virtually semi-finished Steel, the mentioned Foundry Iron is only furnace charge material often comprising of different casting irons for the purpose of attaining highly fluid, fillable and soft Fe-Si alloy perfect for casting into complicated moulds. Fewer factories produce Foundry (Casting) Iron compared to conventional Pig Iron, especially when extra low Sulphur is required. Placement of factory order takes longer coordination with production schedule and full 100 Percent prepayment applies to procure this material:Foundry Iron, L1-L6: Carbon 3.4-4.4 Percent, Silicon 1.2-3.6 Percent, Manganese < 0.3 Percent to 0.9-1.5 Percent, Phosphorous 0.08 Percent to 0.7-1.2 Percent, Sulphur 0.02 Percent to 0.05 Percent. Foundry Iron, Refined LP1-LP7: Carbon 3.4-4.5 Percent, Silicon 0.8-3.6 Percent, Manganese < 0.3 Percent to 0.5-0.1 Percent, Phosphorous 0.08 Percent to 0.12 Percent, Sulphur 0.005 Percent to 0.010 Percent.... Minimal order quantity is 1000MT because this is minimal capacity of a single blast furnace where primary Iron Ore, Coke & Catalysts for requested Foundry Pig Iron grade are to be smelted. Please note: Any original production of Pig Iron at that or other factory is not open public process. Inquiry for particular production/offer/price has to show authentic information: 1) who (what company) is buyer/importer/consignee 2) where (what bank) his payment is to come from: 3) how (in copies of docs) he bought/imported/consumed Pig Iron last time, to prove 1) and 2).
