Dun and Bradstreet launches ‘Millionaire Homes 2011’

tradenews Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) India has announced the launch of ‘Millionaire Homes 2011’, after the successful series of Millionaire Homes 2009 and 2010 held in Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad. The event is designed as a platform for connoisseurs of lifestyle and fine living, to experience some of the finest concepts in luxury homes in India.

Riding high on the improving economic and business environment in the country, the Real Estate sector has emerged as one of the fastest growing sectors and has been playing a vital role in the overall growth and development of the country. Dun & Bradstreet’s recent study on India’s Leading Real Estate Companies 2010 revealed that the real estate industry has shown positive signs of recovery in FY10-11. Cautiousness has now given way to spending and a healthy rise in demand is once again seen in the premium housing segment, with luxury homes becoming a key focus area for developers.

Millionaire Homes provides a unique platform to builders to exhibit their high-end properties to niche and pre-qualified audience. Spanning over two days, 5th & 6th February, 2011, a roster of the city’s most celebrated property developers including DB Realty, Lodha Developers, Indiabulls, Hiranandani Constructions, Vascon Engineers, Sobha Developers, TATA Housing, Lokhandwala Infrastructure, Disha Direct, Total Environment, Chaithanya Projects amongst others will gather to showcase their premiere properties meant for the affluent at Hotel Leela Kempinski, Mumbai.

“D&B has been helping global and Indian brands to create awareness, build equity and engage with Indian consumers, through a gamut of below-the -line initiatives. While the D&B database enables builders to target the right customers, Millionaire Homes has been conceived and promoted to also help the crème-de- la crème of society to congregate under one roof, to buy from India’s leading builders. It is a great platform for both the buyers and exhibitors. We are extremely happy with the immense response this event has been generating. D&B is confident of a great show this year as well” explains Kaushal Sampat, President & CEO – India, Dun & Bradstreet.

Speaking at the exhibition, Prakash Shah, Director, Hiranandani Group said, “We are happy with the quality of audience generated by Millionaire Homes in last few exhibitions and we are looking forward to another great expo hosted by D&B.”

Excited about Lodha Developer’s participation in Millionaire Homes 2011, Mr. Samujjwal Ghosh, Senior General Manager - Marketing, Lodha Developers said, “The event is designed to bring on a single platform, customers who are connoisseurs of luxury lifestyle thus giving us an opportunity to talk to our potential customers in a personalized manner. We are confident that we will get the customer franchise by virtue of our differentiated and world class products”
