How can I post a Product on Toboc.com?
As a Supplier/seller, posting a product on Toboc.com is simple, fast and attracts quick responses from interested buyers. To post a product, simply-
First, login to your account with your Login ID and Password. To register as a member, visits our registration page.
In My Business Account (MBA) page, find the My Profile & Products section on the left hand panel click on ‘Post a Product’ option. A form appears that must be filled with following mandatory fields.
1. Product Name - Enter the name of your product.
2. Product Description -Provide a detailed description of the product you are selling. The information provided should be detailed, accurate and focused on buyers who might be interested in purchasing your posted product. Mention details like Product dimensions, different versions available, common uses, applicable fields, awards & citations, production capacity etc. Kindly avoid personally identifying information (phone numbers, email, etc).
3. Product Category / Sector – Select 'Click here' to choose the Sector under which your product can be categorized. A sector selection box shows up and you can select the relevant sector. You can also do a search to find the matching sector. After selection, click on ok.
4. Product Keywords- Choose keywords that other members may use to find your requirement over the website wide search option.
5. Product Image- Choose an image that best describes your product. It’s advised to select an authentic, self-clicked photo rather them sourcing something online. Keep the image relevant and appropriate. Avoid personally identifying features like contact numbers, email Ids, website links, fax etc. on the product image, to avoid the disapproval of your profile by our Customer Services department.
6. Product Details – You can also provide more details to the product like id/sku, price range, and order quantity and delivery time.
Once the form is completed, click on the Submit button to save your input. The product uploaded by you is now live on your profile and can be seen by other members of Toboc. Interested Buyers who are searching for similar products will contact you soon. Do keep checking your Toboc.com inbox.
