How can I unsubscribe from Toboc emails?
At Toboc, we hold your privacy as our utmost priority. If our emails and alerts are too insistent and you need this service to stop, kindly follow the steps provided below. Firstly however, accept our humble apologies if so is the case.
Option 1 : Unsubscribe directly from the Toboc.com Website.
1. Login to your Toboc Account using your Username and Password.
2. You are now seeing your My Business Accountpage (Dash Board).
3. Click on the Unsubscribe link listed under the Settings section on the Left hand navigation panel.
4. Using the form displayed before you, click on notification types that you wish to unsubscribe from.
5. Before submitting your preferences, kindly provide us a feedback so that we can better analyse the reason for your unsubscription with regards to our alerts. This simple gesture will help us serve you better.
6. Click on the Submit button to complete the process.
Kindly note- You can completely delete your Account on Toboc.com by checking the box marked ‘Completely deactivate my account’. However, we request you to kindly Contact Us first if you are unhappy with our services. We will endeavour to rectify your problem on a priority basis.
Option 2 :Unsubscribe using the link provided in any E-Mail received by you from Toboc.com.
1. Click on the Unsubscribe link as provided in the email forwarded to your email ID. The following image corresponds to an email that you will receive when you access the 'Forgot your Password' option. This email helps you to reset your password- and is one amongst many Alerts mails that we might send to you. Each of these alert mails has an ' Unsubscribe' link in its footer (as shown below).
2. Upon clicking this ' Unsubscribe' link, you will be directed to the Unsubscribe Page as seen below.
3. Using the form displayed before you, click on notification types that you wish to unsubscribe from.
4. Before submitting your preferences, kindly provide us a feedback so that we can better analyse the reason for your unsubscription with regards to the intensity of mails served to you by us. This simple gesture will help us serve you better.
5. Click on the Submit button to complete the process.
