Trade Alerts are customized information that arrives to you by email and gives you the latest about new Sellers/Buyers joining Toboc and Sell/Buy leads that are uploaded on the Toboc website by other Seller/Buyer members. This information can be invaluable for your company as this can save your time and allow you to stay one step ahead of your local and online competitors while participating in successful trade partnerships.
Let’s assume that you are a Seller looking to sell 500Kilos of Wheat. You are looking to sell this commodity to a local, national or international buyer. Now, by configuring the ‘Alert Preferences’ option, you can receive the latest information about buyers who are looking out for Wheat.
How to access the Alert Preferences page?
First, Login to your Toboc account using your Username and Password. On your My Business Account (MBA) page, on the left hand side navigation panel, under Message Center access the Alert Preferences link.
Latest Company Alerts: When a prospective lead registers on Toboc in any of the segments you will receive an alert.
- Categories: Buyers (as you are looking for a Buyer to purchase your wheat)
- Sector: Agriculture (Wheat is an Agriculture product)
- Sub-Sector : Wheat (Wheat is listed as a sub-sector under Agriculture)
- Region: Worldwide (you are looking for buyers on a local, national and international level)
Products or Trade Leads Alert: When a prospective lead uploads his Product lead on Toboc in any of the segments you will receive an alert.
- Buy/Sell: Buying (as you are looking for a Buyer to purchase your wheat)
- Sector: Agriculture (Wheat is an Agriculture product)
- Sub-Sector : Wheat (Wheat is listed as a sub-sector under Agriculture)
- Region: Worldwide (you are looking for buyers on a local, national and international level)
