How to receive trade alerts that are relevant to my business?
Toboc.com provides you information about trade activity on Toboc.com that matters to your business. Glimpse the latest, relevant products uploaded by a seller and take an informed decision to buy or vice-versa. Example- you seek to buy 100Kgs of Rice or plan to sell Ink Pens. Configure your Alerts so that you receive intimation whenever a seller posts about Rice or a buyer posts a requirement for Ink Pens. Just configure your Alert Preferences feature and access ready and relevant information through email.
Login to your Toboc account with your Email/Username and password. To register and create an account- Click here
From the left panel section of the My Business Account (MBA)page, under Message Center click on Alert Preferences. It must be noted that your Alerts are configured on default when you create an account on Toboc. To view your current Alert settings, access the Alert Preferences link from your MBA page.
Displayed is the ‘Alert Preferences’ page wherein you can choose the frequency of receiving emails from Toboc pertaining to:
Latest Company Alerts (Configure Categories, Sector, Sub-Sector and Region from list) - When a new company registers with Toboc that satisfies any of these conditions,
- The company registers under a sub-sector that your company also belongs to.
- You have set alert preferences such that when any company registers under your chosen sector and/or sub-sector.
You will receive an alert about this new addition.
For example, you are a buyer of rice and configure your Alert Preferences such that when a new company that lists ‘rice’ as its sub-sector (Rice is a sub-sector under the sector- Agriculture) is registered on Toboc, you receive an alert for it.
Products or Trade Lead Alerts (Configure Buy/Sell, Sector, Sub-Sector and Region from list) - When a new product lead is registered on Toboc that satisfies the condition,
- You have set alert preferences such that when any company posts buy or sell product leads under your chosen sector and/or sub-sector.
You will receive an alert about this new addition.
For example, you are a buyer of rice and configure your Alert Preferences such that when a product lead about ‘rice’ is listed, you receive an alert for it.
You can choose to receive these alerts as a consolidated report on a Daily, Weekly or Monthly basis. Furthermore, the following features are additionally provided in these Trade Alerts-
After your configuration is completed, click on the ‘Save’ button to save your choices.
