By uploading a Company Video, you are allowing a prospective trade partner to visually look at your setup and make informed choices that are not based on paperwork alone. A company video is an easy option to build trust and familiarity with mostly your overseas trade partners.
A standard Company Video is a visual tour of your Company and its setup. Your prospective trade partners might not be able to visit you and judge your Company's credentials themselves and thus, a Video with all the relevant details adds to your Company's credibility. Include information such as-
- Location of your Company
- Your Staff and Working Resources
- The Company's Management
- Machinery and Tools setup
- Ease of Transport (in-house transportation, proximity to Highways, Harbour, Airports etc.)
For uploading Company Video, please follow the steps given below-
- In My Business Account (MBA)page, on left hand panel, under the My Profile and Products heading click on the Company Video link.
- A new page appears that prompts you to upload your Company Video. Browse it from your computer and click on the ‘Upload’ button. This action saves your uploaded Company Video as part of your Profile.
