Unsubscribe
To Unsubscribe from Toboc.com and permanently deactivate your Profile, follow these steps-
1. Login to your Toboc Account using your Username and Password.
2. You are now seeing your My Business Account (MBA) page (Dash Board).
3. Click on the Unsubscribe link listed under the Settingssection.
4. Using the form displayed before you, check the ‘Completely deactivate my account’ box as shown in the image below.
Click on the Submit button to complete the process.
Note that, your account deactivation will take upto 48 hours. In the meantime, you may receive trade alerts and other emails from Toboc.com in accordance with your subscription.
Also note that, a deletion will result in the permanent loss of all your accumulated data and Toboc Credits. Before selecting this option and pressing the 'Submit' button, kindly provide us a feedback so that we can better analyse the reason for your unsubscription with regards to our service. We strongly advise you to Contact Us with your issues; our Customer Support team is on hand and problem resolution can be affected quickly.
