Tianyi Mould Factory built in 1996, which occupies about 7000㎡ and have about 100 workers, is a private factory focusing on part research, design, manufacture and plastic parts production.
In the beginning Tianyi specialized in centrifugal fan mould and axial fan mould making for household /commercial air-conditioner and auto air-conditioner area, and established good relationship with many related famous companies in and abroad, owned a highly reputation in this area. From 2005, with the improving of domestic manufacturing level and precision, foreign enterprises demand increasingly, Tianyi invested more and more in overseas market. Till now export share is 60%, which is much more than domestic market. Over the years, moulds are exported all over the world.
Tianyi has established friendly cooperation with Germany Erwin Mueller GmbH (under which have these famous brands: Emco, Novus and Dahle), focusing on office products mould and bathroom products mould manufacturing. Though the cooperation with these famous companies, we have accumulated much experience in precision mould-making.
In order to match with more and more in and abroad famous companies, from 2010 to now Tianyi have invested gradually nearly three million dollars to purchase advanced machines, which can improve precision greatly, at the same time saving much labor cost and reducing mould lead time. Now Tianyi is equipped with enough ability for nearly 200 sets of big, medium mould-making.
