MEMBER RANKING SYSTEM
What
is the ranking system?
The
ranking system is the evaluation of member profiles based on certain criterion.
Each
criteria has requirements that must be fulfilled. The importance placed on each
criterion is defined by a (*) star value. The successful completion of a
profile allows members to gain stars and increase their rank.
Why
have a ranking system?
At
Toboc we care about the quality of information that our members receive.
Implementing the ranking system encourages all members to fill in their
profiles as meticulously as possible, and thus ensures information quality.
The
system which is measured by stars will be able to advise members on how much
detail that company has provided.
The
ranking system helps build trust between future business partners, a company’s
willingness to share information directly reflects on their ranking.
How
does it work?
Stars
are distributed throughout several criterion. If answers are satisfactory the
member receives stars that increase their ranking on the site. Members are free
to return and upload material as it becomes available to them.
Member
profiles will be regularly checked to guarantee the quality of uploaded
content.

of this criterion is based on the sub-sector bought by
the person.

is assigned when there is no sub-sector bought.

get listed under that sub-sector bought.

Contact Details
Evaluation
of this criterion is based on the number of fields that are filled.

is assigned when contact information is fake or incomplete.

Company Trading Criteria (Applies only to Exporters/Importers/Brokers)
Evaluation
of this criterion is based on the number of emails sent per week.
