olive oil extra virgin and organic  

Our extra virgin, is an olive oil of absolutely perfect natural taste and flavour, having a maximum acidity of 0.30 % for extra virgin oil and 0.15% for organic oil. It’s selected according to the following criteria: - Oil obtained, first cold pressed, from mature fruit of the olive tree solely by mechanical or other physical means under conditions that do not lead to alterations in the oil. - Flavour and taste: Characteristic of fruit (olive) harvested in the optimal stage of maturation. - Compliance with standards: olive oil complies with different criteria of purity and quality requirements of the International Olive Oil Council (IOOC) regulations. - Our extra virgin, is an olive oil of a high purity, filtered and packed under nitrogen, fit for consumption as it is.
