Rotary Drum Dryer Rotary dryer is used for drying material with humidity or granularity in the industries of mineral dressing, building material, metallurgy and chemical. It can be used for drying many kinds of materials such as limstone slag, coal powder, clay stone etc. Characteristics: It has advantage of reasonable structure, high efficiency, low energy consumption. Rotary dryer mainly consists of rotary body, raw material feeding plate, lifting blade, driving and supporting device, sealing ring and etc. Working principle: The raw material plate which is arranged reasonably with chargeable angles in order, throws moisture materials into the rotary cyclinder. The water will be separated from the materials by hot air-flow and changed into vapour to be discharged into the atmosphere. Then the material would be dryed.
