Our company, Zhengzhou Ancai Refractory Co.,Ltd, is located in Quliang scientific Industrical Zone of Xinmi city Henan province, 30 km south to Zhengzhou. It is near to the Jingzhu highway and Zhengzhou airport, has convenient transportation and in abundance with ZrSiO3 and other minerals for refractory production
The company is jointly established by Henan Ancai Group(51% share) and Zhengzhou Dongfang Enterprise Group(49% share). it was initially set to meet its own demands for high-quality fused cast refractories, since Ancai is the world's largest manufactuer of CRT(state-owned); it seeks cooperation with Dongfang Group, which is the leading state-owned refractory manufactuer in the country.
The company has undergone a rapid development after it was founded in 2003. Now it has five production lines with capacities up to 15 000 ton/year. The company has microcomputer automatization management system and the whole-hydraulic-control hard casting tools system. It also has advanced digital-control machine tools, annealing equipment, assembly flat of 800 sqm and long-term engagement of foreign experts as technical instructors.
We are specialized in producing high-quality fused cast refractories. Our main products are AZS refractories(including AZS-33, AZS-36 and AZS-41)and alpha-beta/beta alumina bricks, which have been certified according to ISO9001 standard. The high-quality and excellent services of our products have won us a galore of honors across the country.
