Xuzhou Remarkable Metal Products Co., Ltd. specializes in producing, hot-dip galvanizing, powder coating and dipping plastic treatment of special steel structures. Our factory is located in the east of Xuzhou City in Jiangsu Province, enjoying convenient transportation.
Our company was founded in 2007, with 15 million RMB of registered capitals. There are more than 300 skilled workers, including 15 technical personnel and 4 advanced engineers. Our products include highway safety barrier systems, cable trays, steel gratings, special steel structures, logistic and storage facilities, building hardware/scaffolds and hot dip galvanizing products. Our products are widely used in transportation, construction, refrigeration and other industries.
We invested 15 million RMB in the first phase project, and the first phase project was finished and put into use at 17th Jan. 2008. There are more than 15,000sqm workshops and 3 production lines, including more than 10,000sqm for hot-dip galvanizing. There are 3 zinc pots:

We have had various kinds of modern equipments, such as punching machine, digital control cutter, tool of saw, plate cutter, bending machine, electric welding machine, radial drilling machine, digital control lathe, milling machine processing center and so on. Xuzhou Dahuangshan Hot Galvanizing Company is our affiliated factory which is a professional factory with more than 15 years' experience in hot galvanizing processing. So we can ensure the high quality of the hot galvanizing products.
Our company will build a 10000sqm steel structure process workshop and a 2,000sqm powder coating workshop in the second phase project. When this project finishes, our production ability of special steel structure will reach 30,000tons per year, and our production ability of superficial hot galvanizing and powder coating treatment will reach 60,000 tons per year.
Our products have attained ISO9001 certification and we have established a strict quality control system. We follow the ISO9001 standard from the production and sale to after-sales service strictly to make sure all our products can meet the international standards. Our products are exported to many countries and regions, such as South Korea, Japan, the Middle East, Europe, the United States and Canada.
