Protech is a private company, existing on the market since 1994. We specialise in welding of steel construction including central heating boilers. We also specialise in plastic working of metals. Our activity consists of two main branches: -the first one is production of solid fuel boilers for central heating. At the beginning of our activity we also offered simple coal boilers, as we develop our production we extended our product offer. The company contributed to development of coal boilers both low and medium power. Currently we produce four types of electronically controlled boilers, including two types of boilers with feeders (feeding screw and piston feeder), our boilers maintenance is as comfortable as maintenance of gas or oil boilers. In 2003 we have started research and development of boilers characterised with the power from 300 to 1200 kW. Actually (September 2004) in co-operation with the “Small Power Engineering” Foundation based in Katowice and the Chemical Coal Processing Institute of Zabrze, our project obtained the conformity certificate of power engineering according to UE requirements according to PN-EN 303-5 norm and after that the project was implemented into production. It was also applied for the competition of modern technologies refunded by Polish Federation of Engineering Associations. KARO boilers Very modern, fine coal and coal boilers with a coal bin, a piston feeder and electronically controlled. Available with the power in the range of 15 to 300 kW, thermal efficiency 82-88%. The service is required once in 2-5 days. EKO PLUS boilers Coal boilers with a coal bin and a screw feeder, electronically controlled. Available with the power of 15 to 1200 kW. High thermal efficiency 88%. The fuel is a pea coal with granulation 5-25 mm. The service is required once in 2-7 days. STK boilers Coal boilers with lower burning, equipped with water grate and grate poker. The boilers with the power of 10-100 kW. Optionally available with electronically control and supporting fan. The thermal efficiency 82-88%. Kruk Boilers With water grate, electronically controlled and equipped with blowing fan. Available with the power of 8-60 kW. Power efficiency 76%. Kruk boilers are universal boilers for different types of fuel designed for burning wood, coal, straw and sawdust. Our second activity is plastic working of metals and realisation of individual orders for production of profiled and welded steel constructions such as: bins, industrial pallets, hand racks, containers, racks etc. We also provide with motorcar bodies elements, car settlements. The Protech is a producer of components for Polish suppliers of Wecon. We invite to co-operation. We work for many German and French companies.
