The production of metal cage and rollcages is supported by modern authomatic machineries, skilled people, f irst-choice materials and by making a constant control of the entire production cycle in order to guarantee high quality, robust and long lasting products.
Metal cages can be made in galvanized wire or moulded sheet of different diameters and thicknesse s, square or round tube. The metal cages are stackable and folding to facilitate transport and storage operations. The metal cages can be fitted with castors, metal or wooden pallets.
The production includes equipments for materials handling along the p roduction cycle or the storage of finished goods and in details:
Cages: wire mesh cage for the for the warehousing and the material handling . The Retention Unit can be hinged to wooden, plastic and metal pallets. Folding metal cage that represents the perfect combination between the solidity of the carpentry and the lightness of the wire equipped with a more practical and safe closing system (sliding hooks instead of latches). Folding and stackable wire cage is ideal for the storage and the handling of small size products and the display in the points of sale.
Rollcages: Demountable roll cage is the ideal mean for the transport of the goods and the material handling. Display roll pallet used for the orders picking, the storage in the warehouses and t he layout of the goods inside the points of sale.
Wire Baskets: Display wire basket is equipped with a shelf that can be positioned at different heights according to the volume of goods to contain.
Stillages: Folding steel cage used for the handling of medium and big size products. Rigid metal cage ideal for the storage of the rolls of cloth or big volume goods.
The Company offers to its customers an after-sale service repairing and refurbishing the damaged metal cages or replacing the damaged parts.
