Zhejiang Nanhua Steel Tube Manufacturing Co.,Ltd was founded in 1994. After 13 years of hard efforts, it has grown into large-sized private enterprise specializing in making seamless steel tubes and a private business with the most vigor and vitality in China. By 2006, our company owns aggregate assets of 1.2 billion RMB and 113 workers,the output is 1200 to 1500 ton per month . It distinguishes itself as an outstanding player in the world's seamless steel tube sector with its unique production technologies, high product quality and a wide range of product lines.
In 2006, We invested 100 million RMB i.e 12820512$ to build a new factory which will be finished in May ,2007. The new factory is located in Yongqiang Hi-tech zone, only far away 500meters from Wenzhou Airport, and covers a land area of 8000 square meters. It enjoys highly convenient communications with Wenzhou-Ningbo Expressway, Jinhua–Wenzhou Railway Line and within 10km from Wenzhou seaport which will be finished in 2009.There will be 7 working lines in the new factory and the total output will be increased three times.In addition,the old factory is a area of 15000 aquare meters and will keep running regardless of the establishment of our new factory.
Nowadays, our company has become a comeprehesive manufacturer which is integrated with stainless steel-making,raw tube,perforation,tube drawing and rolling.At present,we have many sales branchs in China,such as Wuxi,Wuhan,Chengdu,Shenyang and so on. Mostly importantly, we obtained the export right in June and begun export individually in Octerber in 2006.By the way, we have already exported our products to abroad with the cooperation of many foreign trade companys before.Certainly,the trade experience and the conditions of our company will entitle us to establish business relations smoothly.
In order to ensure the quality of the products, we imported many advanced equipments from Germany, such as AOD concise stoves,650rolling mills, different types perforations, cold-drawn machines production lines, cold-drawn production pipelines, Mechanics test, Ultrasonic test, Eddy current test, Hydro test, spectrum instrumnent and other related physics and chemistry equipments. All our products are authenticated by ISO9001:2000,and our company is appling the ASTM Certification .
