We introduce ourself as an ISO/TS-16949-2002 certified company for manufactureing of rubber and plastic moulded componentslike bellows ,rubber to metal bonded items ,rubber sheets,gaskets, o rings,anti vibration mountings,rubber struds,plastic containers & all kinds of plastic automotive& house hold components Our company was incorporated in 1982 with a vision to be a quality conscious organization for manufactureing of rubber and plastic moulded components for various O .E application. For MARUTI UDYOG , EICHER, LUMAX ,MINDA , GABRIEL ETC & EXPORT REQUIREMENT to various countries in Europe & Canada .
A adequate manufactureing unit of over 60,000 sq.feet allows ample space for meeting all regulations of manufactureing .
PLANT & MACHINERY : we have injection, transfer, compression moulding and extrusion facilities in rubber moulding presses from 12” * 12” to 96” * 48” capacity . we have world class Windsor & electronica microprocessor controlled injection moulding machines from 50 tons to 650 tons capacity in plastic
TOOL ROOM : Besides all conventional machines we have EDM & electronic digital controlled milling machine & qualified professionals with a association with leading C.N.C & wire cut tool rooms we can take –up any tool making in house .
R & D FACILITIES & OTHER EQUIPMENT : our laboratory is fully equipped with computer controlled tensile testing & world class reheometre , ozone chamber and dispersion analyzer for complete analysis of compound before production . along with this we have all other equipment for testing of rubber and plastic. we have in – house shot blasting machine essential for rubber to metal bonded componets.
PRODUCTS :
1) RUBBER : we specialize in manufactureing of moulded , extruded , rubber to metal bonded components, rubber bellows , boots for ball joints & tie rods , shock absorber componets , O- rings ( flashless O – rings for all application and in all kinds of polymers) , all types of hoses, anti vibration mounting & gaskets for all application , railways vestibules, grooved rubber sole plates and G.E.N liners all metioned components can me manufactured in all polymers like natural rubber, neoprene, nitrile .silicon , EPDM, HNBR etc .
2) PLASTICS : we are capable of moulding plastic injection moulded componets in glass filled nylon, poly carbonate , HDP, ABS, LDP , PP, Teflon , derlin & various engineering plastic upto 2 kgs shot weight capacity . we manufacture plastic componets for all application for automobile Application , house hold and all other application .
