Tiantai Industrial Cloth Factory, Zhejiang(TICF) is one of the world leading manufacturers of filter media. Since 1984, TICF has been concentrating on researching, designing and manufacturing all kinds of woven filter cloth, needle felt, filter bag, air slide and other industrial fabrics. TICF possesses the trademark SUITA and has passed Quality Management System ISO90001:2000.
The factory covers an area of 40000 m2, building area of 18000m2. There are 350 employees, including 40 professional and technical people. More than 250 set of producing lines, with an annual output of 5,000,000 m2 woven filter cloth and 6,000,000 m2 non-woven filter felts. 14 Dornier Weaving Machines from Germany as well as singeing, heat-treating and calendaring machines enable us to meet customers’ requirement of high-density and high-strength filter material.
More than 60% industrial fabrics of TICF are exported to more than 40 countries each year. The products are applied in cement and aluminum industries, power generation industry, smelting industry, pharmaceutical industry, chemical, mining, food industrry and waste water treatment plants, ect.
