The pre-existence of Tianhe Petroleum Machinery Joint-Stock Co., Ltd is Mudanjiang Petroleum Machinery Co., Ltd, established in 1973, under the flag of which includes Huifeng Petroleum drilling tools holding Co., Ltd and Xi’an Changqing Petroelum Machinery Holding Co., Ltd.
Approved by State Administration of Industry & Commerce in 2007, Tianhe Petroleum Machinery Joint-Stock Co., Ltd was build formally and has registered capital 50million RMB, covering 150,000 squaremeters, 723 employees, 23 senior engineers and 38 engineers, 57 assistant engineers and different specialized machines, more than 500 sets of production facilities, 37 sets of inspection facilities.
Tianhe has been the member of council of CNPC and the class I network supplier; Industrial association member of council of CNPC and SINOPEC; assigned supplier of CNOOC; the member of CNPC “ENERGYHEAD”; the high technology enterprise of heilongjiang province; “ Tenth Five” manufacture informational engineering outstanding model enterprise of heilongjiang province; We have obtained the API sec 7, 5CT, 6D, 7K monogram right and certificate of ISO 9001: 2000.
Tianhe main products: drill collars, drill pipes, hydraulic jar testers, hydraulic bucking units, down hole motors,shock absorbers, jars, different kinds of drilling tools, work-over tools, cementing tools, coring tools, fishing tools and fitting, BOP automatic cleaning systems and other equipments, in which, many self- researched products have obtained state grade patent awards, bucking unit and jar tester have got state grade certificate for new focus products.
Adhering to principle of development science and technology, our company has established good cooperation relationships with many oil field drilling design institutes, famous oil universities home and abroad, which speed up products development.
