We take this opportunity to introduce ourselves as one of the largest manufacturers of Prime quality CS/MS ERW Black and Galvanised Pipes in the size range of 15 NB to 300 NB out of wall thickness ranging from 2 mm to 10 mm, functioning since 1973. We possess Nine BIS licenses viz., IS: 1978, IS: 3589, IS; 1239, IS: 4270, IS: 9295, IS: 1161, IS:3601, IS: 3074 & IS: 4923 . Apart from BIS licenses, Swastik Pipes Limited also enjoys the confidence of API Authorities and has been possessing API-5L license to mark API Monogram on its products.
Ours is an ISO-9001:2000 accredited Public Limited Company which is a self-explanatory illustration of our untiring endeavor to adhere to the world class quality control measures upto the entire satisfaction of our valued customers. Our products are put to a series of stringent quality control tests before being considered fit for supply. Our products are automatically non-destructively tested with latest electronic equipment like Eddy Current Tester and Ultrasonic Testing machine.
Apart from High Grade pipe like IS:3589, IS:4270, IS:1978 and API Grade pipes. We have manufactured and supplied hundreds of kilometers of pipes conforming to IS:1239 Galvanised & Black range 15 mm - 150 mm dia to various Govt. / Semi Govt./ Public Sectors.
Our valued customers in Oil and Gas Sector include IOCL, IGL, HPCL, KRL, many Refineries in India, IPCL, Reliance, Essar, etc.
Apart from Oil and Gas Sector. Our valued customers in Govt Sector are PHEDs, Railways, State Irrigation Departments, BSNL, SAIL, State Electricity Boards, Defence (MES), GWSSB, I&PH, Shimla, L&T, ITC, IVRCL, HINDALCO etc.
Our products are regularly inspected by premier Third Party Inspection Agencies and Consultants viz., EIL, DNV, Tata Projects, NTPC, Bureau Veritas, RITES, SGS, PDIL, DGS&D, CROWN, etc. At present, with Two Factories located at Bahadurgarh (Haryana) and Kosi Kalan Nr. Mathura (UP) with 7 Mills installed, we are manufacturing/dispatching on an average 10000 M.T. of our produce per month with an annual turn over of Rs.400 Crores (approx.).
We are enlisted with various premier Organizations as approved Vendor for supplying CS/MS ERW Pipes conforming to various BIS.
We are also registered with DGS&D, New Delhi and having DGS&D Rate Contracts for Black pipes as per IS:4270.
We are also engaged in exports of our products to various countries.
