2.due to the different solubility of ethoxylated contents in water, can be used as low-foam, no foam or defoaming wetting agent for water/alcohol adhesives, coatings and inks. also can be used for some solvent-based systems.
3.without apeo, non-toxic.
suggested addition
0.2% - 2.0% in total formulation. ultimate assessment and confirmation depends on experiments.

storage
