The product consists of 30 layers of PE films with digital labels of 1-30# on left or right lower corners of each layer to facilitate replacement. Firstly, tear the protective layer on the sticky surface off from the opening of the back. And then, stick it on clean dry access floor level. Press and level the sticky mat on the ground with sole. Tear the protective layer off from the opening of the right side. At this point, it can be used.
