Round Ring Chain mail Plain / Butted
Our round ring Chain mail carries the same strength and toughness as the original ones. These can be simple/ plain and butted. The butted chain mail rings are made by closing the ends of each individual ring and pushing them close together. The ring stays closed from springiness of the steel. Butted chain mail is available in the metal or alloy like MS wire, aluminium, brass, copper and Stainless Steel etc and be given protective coating of oil or grease..

Round Riveted Plain Chain mail
Made up of high quality raw material, manufactured using the best processes and imparted an immaculate finish, these round riveted chain mails (plain), are available in the metal or alloy of customer's choice like MS wire, Aluminium, brass, copper and Stainless Steel etc and be given protective coating of oil or grease. Our customers can choose from the traditional medieval steel style, or aluminum for modern light weight comfort. We supply fantastic creation that is fully wearable and very historical. The round riveted chain mail offers excellent protection against swords.

Flat Riveted Chain mail
In this type of chain mail, the ends of each chain mail ring overlap each other and are flattened. A hole is then put through the flatten section, and then the ring is riveted closed. This prevents the separation of links and is styled in the European 4 into 1 ring fashion. Flat rings are thinner in one direction than the other, which meant that they have less of a tendency to open up when struck with the tip or side of a sword (blade). Our this category is also available in different metals and alloys and are given a protective coating of oil or grease

Wedge Shaped Flat Riveted Chain mail
Maille garments in Europe and surrounding areas used wedge rivets. SN Exports offers you an Authentic "European " style wedge riveted maille which is highly durable as each ring is riveted closed. The maille is also light weight since we use 18 gauge wire with 9 mm ID and a haubergeon (half sleeve shirt) weighs around 6.8 Kgs. Mainly , Mild Steel wire is used for its production.

We also custom make alternating rows of riveted and solid rings.

Our craftsman use the most popular European style called 1 into 4 patterns. It means that every link in the pattern goes through 4 other links.
