Homeowners, because of the state of the economy have difficulties to support their home mortgage costs and are at risk of foreclosure and declaring bankruptcy. The capital invested will finance holding the deeds to the real properties for 3, 5, 7 or 10 years. Each home is leased back to the former owner, monitored by Sika Foyer Company with full disclosure to each investor.
