Sichuan Huiyuan Plastic Optical Fiber Co.Ltd is subsidiary held by Sichuan Huiyuan Optical Communication Limited Company (a listed company).It is a hi-tech enterprise specializing in developing, producing and selling plastic optical fiber and optical fiber cable. The company is located in the western suburb of ChengDu and covers a area of more than 30,000 square meters, and convenient communications are available.

After research and development of 4 years, the company realized the large-scale production of low-loss PMMA step index plastic optical fiber in China in 2003, and the products was assessed by Sichuan Department of Science and Technology in the same year. The plastic optical fiber and optical fiber cable products produced and sold by the company have leading quality performances in China at present and can fill the gaps in the same field. The company has 10 independent intellectual property rights(including 6 patents of invention).Authorized by the Ministry of information Industry ,the company has made the national industrial standard of "plastic optical fiber for communications", and has undertaken task of tacking of key sciendtic and technical problems titled "low-loss plastic optical fiber" launched by the Ministry of Science and Technology.
