SHENZHEN SUNNYWAY BATTERY TECH CO., TLD (SUNNYWAY Group) was established in ShenZhen of China in 1993, the second largest professional manufacturer and Exporter for VRLA batteries (Valve Regulated Sealed Lead Acid Rechargeable battery) in China, integrating research, development, manufacturing, distribution into a professional company.
We produce 2V?4V?6V ?8V?10V?12V?24V series battery with over 300 moldels from 0.5Ah to 3850Ah, Our battery types have: GEL battery General UPS battery, High rate battery, Deep Cycle battery, high rate battery, stationary battery, tractor battery. Photovoltaic & wind power system battery and Tubular battery, etc, the total production quantity is over 1 million pcs in one month. The batteries have passed the UL , CE and VDS certification. 90% of the batteries are exported to over 350 countries such as: USA, Brazil, Mexico, India, Germany, Italy, Argentina, South Africa, UK, Russia, Canada, France, Poland, Norway, Spain, Turkey, Malaysia ……etc, the main customers are Emerson, Samsung, SANYO, HONEYWELL, Tyco, Axide, Orchid, SSB, SKB, Uicoba.PCM,NFA...
Now we have three factories and 2000 employees including 48 outstanding engineers. First factory produce seal lead acid battery, the second make the plates in battery, the third do lithium battery. The lead acid battery factory have 18 production lines with a total area 600,000 square meters and over 350 machines, our main machines , raw materials are imported from Japan, Taiwan. All batteries are 100% tested on the production line for capacity. voltage and sealing. We have a strict quality control system based on ISO9001. we are improving the quality everyday.
