Shanxi Lixin Chemical Co., Ltd was established in 1986. It is one of the professional companies for producing and exporting Carbon Black used in Tire, Rubber, Plastic, Color Master Batch, Printing Ink, Painting,Doping, Wire and Cable. It is covered 46,600 square meters, in which the building area is taken up 10,000 square meters. There are more than 200 staff members in the company, including 9 advanced engineers, 25 engineers and economists. Thus, the number of people with higher record of schooling is accounted for 80%.
Our chemical plant is located in Shanxi Province of China, the trademark is "SANJIN", and her export department is in Taiyuan City. With years of efforts on applying ourselves to Carbon Black, Lixin has become one of the most famous Carbon Black manufacturers in the global market.
At present, there are four Carbon Black Production Lines in the plant. The first and second production line is Pigment Carbon Black made by Furnace Black Process and Gas Black Process (used in Plastic, Color Master Batch, Printing Ink, Painting,Doping, Wire and Cable.) with annual production of 13,000 tons. The main types are C655, H1, H2, H5, GB110#, GB120# and GB130# etc; The third production line is Granular Carbon Black by Dry-process with annual production of 12,000 tons; The forth production line is Granular Carbon Black by Wet-process with annual production of 15,000 tons. There are many categories, such as N115, N219, N220, N234, N326, N330, N351, N375, N660 etc. Our quality is completely up to the ASTM, GB\3778-94 and GB\3778-2003 and has passed ISO9001-2000 Quality Management System Certification. The steady quality, competitive price and perfect after-service are welcomed by many joint enterprises and foreign customers.
In order to enlarge production scale and reduce cost, our newly-built electric power plant has been put into practice. For improving the company's quality system, developing more and more new kinds of Carbon Black, now our company is extending the fifth production line for Granular Carbon Black by Wet-process with the annual capacity of 30,000 tons, and then the annual capacity will reach 60,000 tons, we will become one of the largest Carbon Black Production Enterprises in China, thus, the competitive ability of the corporation will be greatly improved.
