Shandong Huatian Rolling Bearings Co., Ltd is located in the national development zone-the north end of Zibo National High-new Technology, It is 200 kilometers from Qingdao Sea Port in the east, 80 kilometers from Jinan Airport in the west, and near Zibo Exit of Jiqing Expressway in the north, 6 kilometers from the Seat of Zibo City Government, so it has advantageous location, convenient communication, and advanced network.
Established in 1978, our company is a major enterprise in China's Bearing Industry, has autonomous import and export right, and is one of the important production bases which make non-noise bearing in the region to the north of Yangtze River. We have the general 220 million yuan of general assets, more than 360 production machines. We have make 50 million pieces of bearings annually, including many series, each precision grade, six major types of bearings which has more than 1000 specifications and types. We can research, develop and make non-stand bearings as per customer's demand. Our bearings are used in auto, motorcycle, electrical motors, household appliance, power tool, engineering, coal machinery, mining machinery, automation equipment in office, agricultural machinery and other industries and companies. Our bearings are being sold to 19 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions, and exported to some countries and regions in Europe, American, and Southeast Asia.
We have advanced technology, powerful technology team and have 6 branch factories of specialized bearing assembly and part, have perfect organization network and production management system. We fully use automation machine tools and production assembly lines which are up to the advanced level, such as environment-friendly hardening and tempering automation line with protection vaporization, turning automation line, grinding and microstoning automation line, cleaning automation line and others. Otherwise, our inspection and test equipment is first-classed, production technology is advanced, and bearing quality is stable and reliable.
We have provincial enterprise technology centre, is one major provincial high-new tech enterprise, have two items supported by the national financial department, one major provincial torch program and one major national torch program. In recent years, the low-noise 6201-ZRZ to 6204-2RZ with Z3V3 tolerance developed by us have passed new product identification because of high precision, low noise, few abnormal sound, advanced structure and long service, filled the national gap, and are recognized as fixed supplier by many famous domestic electrical motor and appliance manufacturers. The water pump shaft pivot bearings developed by us has received national paten, and approved in the vehicle made at home and abroad, which make great contributions to the technology renovation in auto industry.
