30% deposit within 10 days after P/I date, 70% by T/T on site of B/L copy.

For small sample order below one container, 100% prepaid within 7 days after P/I date.
Quotation are on FOB Shenzhen, China basis. We are respnosible for local carrage charge from Facotry to Shenzhen Port.

3, Shipment:
Please allow 30-45 days from receipt of deposit to delivery your orders to your destination. In this time, we manufacture your order. Usually it take one month if you can place at least half container for one item. This will make our working fast. Our min order is 1x40'container. And our min order for one item is 10 sets/pcs.

Please send your shipping agents or forwarders information to us within 15 days after contracted. We will send pre-shipping advice to you 5 days before delivery. This will give your enough time to arrange insurrance of shipping if have. However, if you do not want to arrange shipping yourself, we will quote C&F price to you. We can supply shipping service and arrange shipping for you.

4, Return Policy:
If there is problem for our shipment goods please call us directly or email us.

Only Claims In Writing With Damage Pictures And Details Due To Our Reason Can Be Responnse.
Broken Marbles Or Tiles Will Be Free Compensate In Next Shipment.
