General Introduction to products:
QX.QDX small suberged eleectrical water pump referred to as electriacl pump hereunder consists of three components ,water pump,sealing and electrical motor.The motor is mounted on top of pump and divided into single phase and three-phase asynchronized types.The pump is below the motor and divided into centrifugal impeller and worm casing structures.Double-facemechanic sealing is mounted between pump and motor.O shapedoil-proof rubber sealing ring is used at each stationary port as static sealing.
Main Application:
This pump series are compact and light,well suitable for the farms and villages for water pumping,also for industry water discharging,water supply&discharge on construction sites and aquatic breeding fields
CONDITIONS:
The pumps can operate properly and continously under following operation conditions:
1.working medium carries no corrosives,sand contents shall be max.0.10% by volume and granular size shall be max.1.20mm
2.Medium temperature shall be less than 40 and PH shall be 6.5-8.5.
3.The pump shall be operated within the normal delivery range.
4.The pumps shall be fully submerged into water with submerged depth of less than 3 m and max.Depth of 5 m.The pump shall be min.0.5m over the water bottom and shall not be inserted into sludge.
5.Power frequency shall be 50HZ,single phase voltage 220V,three phase voltage 380V and voltage fuctuation shall be 0.9-1.1 times the nominal.
