History

Ristech was founded in 1986 with one mission: Educate the PC buyer and offer the freedom to obtain a system/component to meet their individual needs. Our business was formed through design, manufacturing, and servicing custom computer systems. By providing high quality products and exceptional customer service, we have successfully brought our company to a new level. For the past two decades, we have proved to customers locally and nationally that our values remain unchanged.

Product warranty

All of our systems include our exclusive lifetime labor warranty, which covers any repair labor that may be required for as long as you own your machine. Our flexible warranty allows users to open up the computer chassis without voiding the warranty.

Full service department

Our skilled service technicians provide fast local repair and upgrade services for windows and linux systems both in-store and on-site.

Quality assurance

Each system we build goes through an extremely rigid qc process including a long burn-in, test, and complete re-test by a senior technician to ensure that each system is flawless.

Inventory in your neighborhood

Our local warehouses stock thousands of components allowing same-day or next-day delivery making service turn-around time much faster than our competition.

Manufacturing capacity

Our 62,000-sf facility is approximately sixty-five percent dedicated to hardware production, inventory, and logistical operations. We currently run three system production lines, and produce several thousand desktop systems, workstations, servers, and mass-storage systems every month.
