Ginde PAPR pipeline system is our company's patent design and a new ecological product of environmental protection. The pipeline system is connected by the way of hot-melt. 1,General introduction: Ginde PAPR composite pipes consists of five layers:the middle layer being aluminum,the outer layer being PPR and the inner layer being PE or PPR. An adhesive is used between the layers and five layers are extruded under high pressure and high temperature in one step. 2,Property : 1)This pipe has high temperature and high pressure resistance and can work under continuous normal working pressure with water temperatures up to 95 centigrade. 2)The pipes can be buried underground and are easily found with metal detectors. 3)The pipes have a long lifespan of up to 50 yearsor more under normal conditions. 4)The hotmelt connection machine is used to connect the pipes and fittings,which makes the installation convenient and reliable.The installation can be finished within a few seconds. 3,Applications: 1)Hot and cold water pipeline system used in domestic appliances. 2)Industrial and chemical liquid pipeline systems. 3)Pipeline systems for compressed air. 4)Drinking water pipeline systems. and so on
