Character: Na4Fe(CN)6 .10H20. Yellow monoclinic crysta1s. specific gravity 1.458. It is soluble in water and insoluble in alcohol. It begins to lose crysta1 water at 50, becomes completely anhydrous at 81.5,and decomposes at 435, It decomposes into very toxic hydrocyanic acid when run into a acid.
Uses: It is used for photograph, metallurgy, and mantifacture of ferricyanide and iron blue etc.
Packing: Polyethylene bag. Net weight 25Kg or 50Kg per bag.
Storage and conveying: It would be stored under ventllated, drying, poor light, and self sealed conditions, It cannot store and convey together with acids and/or a1ka1ies etc.
