We are company from Portugal. We are producteurs of sea salt by natural process, and specially a fine sea salt "Salt Flower" for gourmet used. A biologic salt certified by a french institution called Nature and Progress. As attachment i send you a complet information about us and our products.

We sell sea salt, fleur de sel - unique quality. Grate taste and flavour. Rare and unique mineral property's, nutritional parameters, assessed by an very important French lab.
Using traditional methods which are 2000 years old, we are located in the middle of the natural reserve "ria formosa" striving for an ecological, sustainable salt economy.
Our traditionally hand harvested sea salt is a totally natural unprocessed product. It is produced from our salt pans using age-old methods put to practice by the romans some 2000 years ago..
We produce regular sea salt and "fleur de sel", a unique gourmet treat that French chefs have brought to market. This kind of salt is harvested by hand every day it crystallises on the water surface. It is the best salt one could find, as it contains a splendid blend of trace minerals.
The quality of our salt is regularly assessed by our own lab.
Products are analysed for all important nutritional parameters and for toxic compounds and microbiological contaminants. Is also controlled by French institution. For thousands of years our sea salt stayed in the region, we didn't have this new global market philosophy but the production of the region is to much for our selves exclusive.
