Orion Cottons is a manufacturer of Indigo dyed yarn, Indigo checks fabric as well as light-weight denim fabrics in pure cotton. The company is based in South-India which is the hub for cotton spinning mills.

The company has specialized in Indigo dyed yarn for both knitting and weaving. Our indigo colour provides good penetration for shirting and for denim fabric.

We manufacture a variety of Indigo Dyed yarns in a count range of 6s to 60s in both carded and combed qualities and in single and multiply that are suitable for shirtings, bottoms and children garments.

We offer

We use our Indigo yarn to manufacture light-weight denim fabric. We take specific orders for denim fabric as per the customer's requirements. We are flexible in terms of quantity & construction.
We also offer pure cotton indigo checks (other designs too) for shirting's. These are also against specific orders from customers.

Yarns

- Indigo dyed Yarn – Ne 6 – Ne 60 : carded & combed
- Dyed Cotton Yarn – Counts as per customer req.
- Black Indigo Yarn
- Space Dyed yarn (Multi colour dyed yarn upto 5 colours) in a single cone.
- Over Dyed Yarn – A base of Indigo overdyed with shade specified.
-Grindle Yarn - Single yarn of Indigo with a combination of Single Black or White yarn

Our Yarns can be used in all shuttleless looms viz airjet, projectile, rapier etc.

Denims
Light weight denim fabric from 5oz. to 8oz. 60” width.
Can be made as per requirements.

Cotton Fabrics
We offer good-quality shirt material incorporating indigo dyed yarn in various patterns as per customer needs.
We also offer ready to dye fabric (RDF) with indigo yarn already incorporated.
