Ningbo Huashuo Molding & Machine Co., Ltd. is a joint venture, was established in 2002 and its new factory with more than 20,000 m2 construction area is located in Ningbo Development Zone which is nearby Ningbo Port. Now, more than 60 technical staff who owns college or university degree and over 700 workers are working for Ningbo Huashuo. The turnover of 2005 is more than RMB150 million.
Ningbo Huahsuo drew out of Ningbo Beilun Huada Mould Plant, who has a history of around 20 years and specializes in producing various die-casting dies and plastic injection moulds, as well as die casting parts and plastic injection molding parts. Ningbo huada mould plant is one of the first members of Ningbo Mould industry Association and also is one of councils.
Now, Ningbo Huashuo owns 5 production divisions such as die-casting workshop, plastic injection workshop, fine-processing workshop, packing workshop, mould development center and other administrative departments. All new workshop buildings are equipped with complete office facilities and the information is managed through network.
All high quality and advanced products should be developed by the newest high-tech production equipments with high-tech technology, so Huashuo invests big volume on high tech equipments.
The mould center is equipped with 5sets high-speed CNC machining center (MAKINO, KAFO, Haitian) + 2 sets low-speed with high precision wire cutting EDM machines (MAKINO, CHMER) + 11 sets high speed wire cutting EDM machines (Beijing Agie) + 12 sets Die-sinking EDM machines (Beijing Agie, Taiwan-MAXSEE) + CMM + 110T and 260T clamping machines and so on.
The die casting workshop is equipped with More than 20 sets ZITAI and LIJIN cold-chamber pressure die casting machines arrange from 180T to 900T in our die casting workshop, with the capacity of production is more than 10,000T/year.
The fine-processing workshop is equipped with 2 CNC machining centers (Japan KIRA)+6 sets CNC turning machines + 6sets sandblasting / shot blasting machines + polishing machines + tapping machines + drillers and so on.
Plastic injection workshop is equipped with 19sets HAITIAN plastic injection molding machine arrange from 80T to 360T.
Good equipments should be operated by experienced and skillful engineers; Ningbo Huashuo has a big group with around 100 senior engineers, skillful artificers, who guarantee to provide high quality products with reasonable price to our customer on time.
Good management system is a key to keep improving and developing for a good company, Ningbo Huashuo has get the certificates of ISO9001 and TS16949.
Since 1997, Huashuo produced and processed various moulds and its products that are very complicated for JMC group, SAIC-CHERY, Shanghai Mitsubishi Electric, Liuzhou Wuling Motors and Chunlan Group. Furthermore, Huashuo has been processing many moulds and their products for some world famous electric tools manufactures, such as TTI, DEVWALT, BOSCH, SKIL and SEARS, HUSKY. Meantime, Ningbo Huashuo get cooperation directly with many foreign companies, such as Bosch und Siemens Hausgerate GmbH, Alfred Karcher GmbH & Co., Schütz Kunststofftechnik GmbH, France RENAULT, General Transmissions., AB SOLNA PRESSGJUTERI(Sweden), LAMP Lighting(Spain), KOSHIN Ltd.(Japan) and so on. More and more companies start contacting with us for their purchasing of various moulds, die casting parts (Zinc and Aluminum) and plastic injection molding parts.
