Our Corporate Secretary will prepare all the statutory documents in compliance with the Companies Ordinance, our Tax Consultants will manage all the tax issues in compliance with the Inland Revenue Ordinance.
Our Accounts staff will monitor the cash flow and financial statements of the Company. Auditing will then be conducted by our associates auditors at the end of the fiscal year.
We can also provide the Registered Office Address when we incorporate the Hong Kong Company on your behalf. We shall submit the draft M&A to the Companies Registry. And we expect the Certificate of Incorporation to be ready within next 8-10 working days. We shall prepare all Statutory documents after the said certificate is issued. During the interim period, we shall arrange the Company Kit which includes the Company Chop, Common Seals, Minute Book, Share Certificate etc. We shall update the latest status to you periodically regarding the Business Registration Certificate, etc.
