target elevating tablet de-duster look great next to any tablet press and has performance to match. this tablet and capsule de-duster is upward conveying and de-dusting is achieved through vibration. the tablets are pushed by adjustable vibration up long perforated stainless steel tray to shake off the dust and ensure that downstream processes work as efficiently as intended. we use the latest design and manufacturing techniques which allows us to build a de-duster that is second to non. plu s th is i s a tr uly low tool machine to operate and clean while operation. all materials are of stainless steel 316 grade and non parts of stainless steel 304 grade and cover is made of acrylic. vacuum nozzles are provided to remove dust. the dust is fina lly remo ved through the central tube. with adjustable inlet and outlet the unit interfaces with both tablet press and metal detector.
