Sell MDF/HDF Production Line
MDF/HDF are the kinds of excellent boards used for substitute for natural wood boards and have wide applications. The raw materials of the boards used wood and other plant fiber after being added suitable urea formaldehyde resin or other resins and forms 650-890kg/m3 boards by being hot pressed. The boards are characterized with tight and smooth surface, uniform core layer and good wood working performance.
The features of the production line which provided by China Foma Group are developed on the base of advanced technology at home and abroad. The whole production lines are manufactured and completed in the Group, and have our unique technical characteristics and advantages in the raw material preparing, fiber making, forming, hot pressing and sanding section. Some single machines have been appointed by customers. The outputs of production lines are 130-430 m3/day. We have first developed larger dimension plant with 6’*9’ and 4’*18’ in China.
