Capt Richard is a Master Mariner Class 1 (Foreign Going, Unlimited Tonnage ) from the 1987 Batch of the Australian College Launceston Tasmania. He is qualified to take a ship of any tonnage any part of the world. He brings to International Trade 21 years of Sailing during which he has carried Most Crude Oils and Petroleum Products to and from Most Tanker Ports on all 5 Continents when he worked on board the ships of some of the biggest and best Tanker Shipping companies in the world .Besides Crude Oil and products. He has done every Tanker operation and has also done the Advanced Gas Tanker Course. Capt .Richard has carried Urea, Iron Ores, Coal, Steel and other Metal products, Cement, Containers and Cars and other Vehicles and other cargoes like wheat, rice etc etc. He has served in a senior position on 7 different types of ships. VLCC, Product Tankers, Chemical Carriers, Car Carriers, Multipurpose Cont/Break Bulk/Heavy Lift, Oil /Bulk/Ore, Cruise Casino Liners, Supply Vessels.
Quite simply put the commodities that he Trades are the cargoes that he has carried on his ships.
