PRODUCTS : All types of 100% cotton wash , hand , bath towels , jacquard and printed beach towels , embroidered
towels and bathrobes , all types of bathrobes , shower wraps , shave wraps , kids hooded bathrobes and cuddle robes ,
towels and bathrobes in different types of yarns like modal , bamboo , microcotton , soflex , soyabean etc.
PRODUCTION : Fully integrated production process :
1) Yarn spinning mill....Established in 1996 and consists of 3 lines processing carded , combed and synthetic yarns
2) Yarn dyeing and weaving plant......Founded in 1988 consists of 24 jacquard looms , 69 dobby looms and 77 shirting
looms as well as a yarn dyeing plant with a capacity of 8 tonnes per day
3) Dyeing and Printing house....It operates in the field of bleaching , over-flow and pad-batch dyeing , rotational and
flat-bed printing , finishing.
4) Robe confection factory......Established in 1980 and and has a production capacity of 3500 - 4000 pieces of
bathrobes per day.
5) Towel confection factory......It consists of 2 fully automatic slitting , 5 fully automatic side seam , 3 fully automatic
cross hemming and 1 fully automatic cross hemming machines. It has a capacity of 4500 pcs per day. It also includes
10 embroidery machines with 12 heads in itself.
PRODUCTION CAPACITY : 250 - 300 tonnes towels and 80 - 90.000 pcs of bathrobes per month.
PRODUCTION LEAD TIME : 4 - 8 WEEKS ( depends on the quantity of the order )
