The SPRING RIDERS are made using only first-class materials: S HAPE mad e of bul k co lour ed, no t oxic , hi gh d ensi ty a nd 1 00 % rec ycla ble poly ethy lene PE-HD. The polyethylene is treated against UV rays and is 8 of light fastness (scale 1-8). ACCESSORIES such as hands and feet gr ips ar e enti rely m ade of polye thylen e PE-H D and their surfac e is n on-sli p to p ermit a safe and b etter grip. SPRING GROUP in te mpered steel with anti-pressing system and certified by the spring disk safety anchorin g system . THE PA TENTED " U" NYLON BRACKET is made of nylo n in bul k colour ing. THE GROUND FASTENIN G SUPPOR T consis ts of a strong s tructure in hot galvaniz ed steel . ALL FI TTINGS are made of stainless and galvanized s teel. OPTI ONAL round removable basement made of po lyurethane , wood and a metal i nsert on t he top to be fixed t o the spri ng-disk. A ll product s are care fully pack ed into ca rtons and all the co mponent pa rts are av ail able as spar e parts.
The SLIDES are in polye thylene, man ufactured wi th a tubular rotation sy stem which e nables the p roduction of elements wi th uniform f inishing, av oiding rough or cutting surfaces. Ma in features a re: bulk co l ouring, hig h e lasticity , r ecyclable prod uct.
The S WINGS have a strong alumini um structure, completely des igned by Mobie spans. Moreove r, the Company offers two di fferent types of SWING SEATS : - FLAT SWIN G SEAT made of an integral Ba yflex polyuret hane structure , inserts are in polished gal vanized painted sheet steel, AIS I 304 stainless steel arches and galvanized chai ns with 8 mm lin ks. - BASKET TYP E SWING SEAT con s ists of an inte g ral Bayflex pol yur ethane struct ure , inserts are in polished gal van ized painted she et steel, the su pporting columns a re in rubber therm o-coated galvanize d stainless steel, AISI 304 stainles s steel arche s and hot galvaniz ed ch ains with 8 mm lin ks. The JOINTS to fix the swing s eat chains to the swi ng frame are ma de of hot galvaniz ed stainless steel , w ith central swi nging unlocking, nyl on lubricating and a nti-noises bushings.
