Sir we are using Cree SMD leds (150pcs which makes 20 watts total power with over 280 to 300 lux at a one meter distance). The whole body is made up of quality Aluminum (very light weight) and the PCB is also assisted with 4ft long superior Aluminum heat sink.
Actually we are using Aluminum to increase the life expetcancy of the Leds. I assure you that no Chinese manufacturer is using Alumium body and heat sink beacuase of high cost factor. Also the Cree leds we are using are state of the are with super bright light (we can make both Cool White and Warm White sytems)
Sir note that in low cost chinese leds the Lux or Light decay is 20% per 6 months i.e. the light is decreased to 50% after one year only, whereas in Cree Leds we are using the light Decay is 5% per two Years. Our 4ft rod has Greater than 320 Lux at 1 meter.
