What is Rating?

Rating system is an evaluation method for members. This system is designed to let members share their experiences in the form of a feedback. A member can rate the feedback either positive or negative based on the message interactions. This rating will help you select the right company to do business.

How do I Rate a Company?

You can rate a company by following these steps :

1. Become a TOBOC member
2. Receive at least 1 message from the Company you would like to rate
3. Click on "Rate this Company" button in the received message.

4. Alternatively, you can also leave a feedback by clicking on “Leave your feedback" button in the profile page.

5. Select Positive or Negative and leave a feedback in the provided textbox and click on Submit.

Note: You can rate a company once and this feature will be disabled after rating.

What does positive Rating score means?

When one member rates another positive the rated member gets stars. Greater the number of positive feedbacks, higher will be the number of stars the member receives. Positive to negative ratio of the feedback scores will be calculated in percentage and displayed as stars.

If a member receives 15 positive feedbacks and 1 negative feedback then the rating would be Number of positive feedback / Total number of feedbacks = 15/16=94% . This percentage will be displayed in form of stars.
