Latin Crafts is a company created to commercialize the products of about 500 independent artisans from Nicaragua and El Salvador. It creates a more reliable income for mostly rural residents that depend on temporary work during the coffee harvesting season (November – February). This company has had success exporting its goods to the Central American region and has made some shipments to Omaha, Nebraska, and Corpus Christi, Texas. It is now looking to expand its sales to a broader market in the U.S. and Canada. With this in mind, Latin Crafts has receive a grant from EXPRO, a U.S. AID sponsored program for the promotion of exports of El Salvador, for an internet market research. It is in this capacity that I respectfully request your help in evaluating Latin Crafts line of products (excel file is attached).
