LASENOR is a global manufacturer and marketer of Food Emulsifiers which carries out export activities in more than 30 countries worldwide. Our activities are focused in bakery, dairy, confectionery, beverage, fats and meat industries.

1) LECITHIN and LECITHIN SPECIALTIES

LASENOR product portfolio includes natural emulsifier Lecithin (GMO and NON GMO IP) from different sources as Soya, Sunflower or Rapeseed, as well as Specialty Lecithins: standarised, hydrolysed and sprayed on solid support. LECITHIN covers a broad spectrum of applications in food and industrial fields thanks to its and emulsifying and dispersing properties

2) EMULSIFIERS

In addition to Lecithins LASENOR accumulates more than 30 years experience of production and marketing of Oleochemicals; mainly Esters of Fatty acids such as Glycerol Monosterarate GMS and other distilled Mono Glycerides, CITREM, DATEM, as well as Polyglycerol Esters and Sorbitan Esters.

3) FUNCTIONAL COMPOUNDS

LASENOR is also focused in taylor-made functional blends developed in partnership with costumers in order to provide a competent and reliable costumer service. For instance RELEASE AGENTS specifically formulated for bakery or confectionery applications or COMPOUNDS for margerine and spreads production.
