Founded in 1991, Kyodo (Pan Yu) Engineering Plastics Co., Ltd. was invested in Kyoshin Industries Co., Ltd. (HK) with 2,500,000$. We have more than 400 workers and the construction of the 14,000M² in Zhongcun Town, Panyu Borough, Guangdong Province, P.R.China.
Our factory has much experience in development of plastic mould and production of injection. We have equipments 35 sets for developing and making mould are Charmilles CNC Wire Cut, EDM, Machining Centre CAD/CAM and Sodick High Speed Small Hole Drilling; the main plastic injection machines are 30T-550T Toshiba, Meika, Niigata, J.S.W, Welltec, Kawaguchikm550B2 and other plastic jetting-moulding machines; also the main equipments for testing are 2D Coordinate Measuring Machine, 3D Coordinate Measuring Machine, Profile Projector, Microscope, Precision Surface Plates, Coarseness Measuring Device and so on. Our main products including household items, electrograph and copycat accessories, watch band, electrical accessories, ect.
Our main customers are Kyocera Mita Industrial Co., Ltd., Matsushita Seiko Co., Ltd., Matsushita Electric Instruments Ltd., Nishida Co., Ltd, Kyocera Universal Optical Industries Ltd.. Since 2002, we've carried out ISO9001: 2000 quality standard, and developed ISO14001: 2004 environmental standard recently. Precise management provides quality products that are sold to Japan, Europe and America comprehensively.
