Plant
All the Company production is carried out in its own plant using production lines exclusively dedic ated to gluten free products.
Plant, processing procedures and products are authorized by the Italian Ministry of Health for the production of gluten free products and certified according to high quality international food standards: ISO 9001, HACCP, BRC, IFS, S GS.
R&D
The Company technical Centre is a leader in the search of the best nutritional ingredients and in the development of new products and recipes.
Professional Division
The Division focuses on a specific line of products, i ngredien ts and s pecial mixes specifically designed for HoReCa and laboratory for the production of gluten free products.
The Company is interested in selling its products both, with its own brand and with a private brand to:
