In Its 50 years experience, the Company has developed strict processing methods meeting the highest international quality standards in the design and manufacturing of moulds and dies for the production of thermoplastic complex technical components
In the mentioned sector, indeed, speed and precision of processing are key elements in meeting the market fundamental needs.
Prompted by the international requests, the Company produces moulds and dies using sophisticated CAM systems (applied to machi ni ng and sink and wire EDM centres from the most prestigious names on the market) and carries out hardening and tempering treatments on steel.
Furthermore, It can make equipment to produce large and/or medium-sized series, differing in reliability in ter ms o f repeatability of compliance with required tolerances.
Thanks to the specific and deep know how, acquired in its history, the Company is able to set up more then sixty projects a year.
For each, every single item of equipment is fine-t uned a nd &qu ot;adjusted" within tolerances, measured in hundredths and, where necessary, specific initial sampling procedures are adopted, consisting in 3D measurements for every single distance.
